Our prestige client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor at their Auckland based dealership. This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation that is well known for its professionalism, its customer service and career prospects.

They are looking for an experienced, well-presented individual to join their busy front of house Team as a Senior Service Advisor. This person will need to have a proven track record working in a franchised dealership service department and be able to multitask whilst keeping the workshop functioning to its maximum capacity.

Key Duties

Help train, develop and support frontline staff
Ensure all customers are greeted and tended to in a prompt and courteous manner
Coordinating bookings to maximise workshop productivity
Increase profitability for the service department
Maintain and increase customer satisfaction level
Take control in a managerial level when the service manager is absent
Maximise customer relations and repeat business potential

Qualifications/Experience

Sound Industry Knowledge
High standard of presentation
A passion for exceptional customer service
Experience to hit the ground running
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to think on your feet and solve problem

This role will put you on the next step of the ladder before a sales manager's position which could be in the not too distant future.
