Our client is currently in need of qualified technicians who have experience in Materials handling, forklifts and CE equipment. They have a large network of branches throughout the country to service and are in need of you!

Most of the rural locations out of Auckland will have accessibility to affordable housing, great rates and excellent schooling options without the stress of traffic!

Key Aspects of The Role:

• Carrying out service and repair work
• Inspecting and evaluating equipment in relation to parts and required refurbishment
• Complete safety checks and breakdowns
• Returning Service Exchange items
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of workshop or service vehicle
• Ensuring all work is of a high quality to maintain product standard
• Participating in training programs to raise knowledge of product, procedures, statutory responsibilities, licensing requirements
• Keep up to date with franchise and model changes

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Current full drivers licence ideally with forklift endorsement, WTR & class 2
• Diesel ,petrol, LPG and electrical knowledge
• Understanding of electrical circuits and systems
• Excellent diagnostic and repair knowledge
• Good customer service requirements
• Time management essential
• Sound communication skills
