Regional Sales Manager - Isuzu Utes New Zealand

Isuzu is a leading brand, it is the largest diesel engine manufacturer in the world, a renowned truck and light commercial vehicle maker. Isuzu Utes New Zealand is the authorised distributor of Isuzu light commercial vehicles in New Zealand, namely D-Max Utes and MU-X 7-Seater SUV's.

As New Zealand's authorised distributor, we support a large nationwide dealer network of retail and service centres.

Over the past 7 years, Isuzu Utes has enjoyed record-breaking growth - it is the vehicle of choice for thousands of New Zealanders.

Isuzu Utes NZ is currently on the hunt for a Regional Sales Manager to communicate with the dealer network and maximise retail sales. The role is an important and integral position within the Isuzu Ute sales team that have very high standards and expectations.

Position requirements:

• Deliver on monthly IUNZ targets
• Maximise retail sales volume
• Motivate the network and develop sales plans to achieve KPI's
• Manage and monitor retail sales by model mix
• Assist in development and execution of IUNZ team sales strategies
• Work with the network to develop local sales activity
• Regular dealer visits the dealer network providing support and direction

This role is pivotal to the success of the sales team and dealer franchise network and will require a professional who has experience in an automotive franchise or experience at distributor level.
