About the Role

• Order and process vehicle stock for the dealer network
• Provide manufacturer information and build rapport with all franchised dealers
• Maintain tight Inventory / dispatch control on all vehicle stock
• Ensure the quick and efficient processing of all dealer transactions
• Maintain and build impartial relationships with all Key dealer / IUNZ personnel
• Compile reports and reconciliations
• Profile all new vehicle sales as required
• Ensure all vehicles correctly registered as per distributor requirements

Must Haves:

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good administrative and computer literacy
• Automotive industry knowledge essential
• Can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage
• Ability to build rapport with the dealer network
• Stock and fleet control awareness
• Ability to multitask at a high level
• Be a team player
