Our client in Auckland is looking for a proven experienced New Car Sales Manager to run their very busy New Vehicle Department. This franchise is one of the leading Dealers in Auckland and has been for the last 10 years plus. It has an envious Sales Team with extensive knowledge, fantastic working environment and a large loyal customer base providing ongoing business for years to come.

Required:

• Proven, experienced Automotive Sales Manager
• Ability to lead a team by example
• Meet and surpass targets and expectations
• Increase unit profit
• Control and manage stock and wholesale levels
• Maximise sales via multimedia channels
• Create marketing plans and awareness campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service
• Build and maintain rapport with the distributor
• Have the energy and drive to go to the next level
