The Client

European Motor Distributors is the locally owned importer and distributor of Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat and Porsche motor vehicles and parts in New Zealand.

The Role

They are looking for an outstanding Operations Assistant to join their team! This role will be supporting both the Audi and Porsche teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring the Dealer network receives the best possible service and support while insuring the Internal team is supported and facilitated to meet internal objectives.

Responsibilities include

• Providing organisational support for the Audi and Porsche teams and General Managers
• Management of Audi and Porsche team requirements -stationery, team building event requirements and office supplies
• Co-ordinating customer correspondence and managing records
• Signing off weekly invoices including travel, catering, shuttles and general office expenses
• Managing dealer correspondence and department internal bulletins as required
• Co-ordinating department meetings
• Assist members within the Audi and Porsche team with their various functions / projects
• Liaison with associated business agencies in a co-ordination role
• Co-ordination of all team travel and accommodation domestically as required
• Building management support - coordinating with Contractors
• Training program registration/ co-ordination - technical and non-technical
• Co-ordinating catering, travel and accommodation for all training and conferences

• You will need to have great communication skills
• You will have a proven strength in customer service and a focus on quality service delivery
• You will be enjoy working within a team environment
• You will have proven project management skills
• You will need to have excellent Microsoft Office skills
